Non NA teams are wasting those tier 1 and tier 2 slots.
We should have 10 NA (Canada and america) teams and maybe 1 Brazilian team.

we have slot for team like 100t,c9,eg

a team like literally doing nothing in their lifetime, well at least EG fluked their way to champs but I dont know if 100t or c9 would be doing the same
