i didnt pay attention or anything but ik leo faria said that a t2 team can be invited to champions because of the new format in stage 2. however, would the same rule of a player needing to be at least 18 years or older still apply?

if so, would it be easy to get a sub and still perform well?
if not, then why should that rule be applied throughout the year (a.k.a. those who win ascension but aren't old enough)

I think the 18 yr old rule should just get dropped

im assuming that they will think of a solution when the time comes because they do fuck all to prep for those contingencies.

in all likelihood they prob just make sure their parents are okay with it

seems reasonable for parental consent since this is still a huge thing (such as missing school, identity reveals, etc). but it just wouldnt make sense to be inconsistent about this rule throughout the year

it would be very much in riot's character to have inconsistent rules especially for this year as its the last one for this interval of franchising meaning that they are already shifting things anyways so they might just say fuck it we ball
