possibly yes but avez was brought in as a strong second caller and engh talked about molding him into and IGL long term so....
Also the IGL market is incredibly tight. John and kristal are the only options i see and they will cost. With KC being mid budget this year they might be too expensive.
don't mention that name cuz when i did everyone laugihed at me acting like he doesnt even know how to shoot his gun (he was very good in tier 2, then joined to igl a team with Filu and somehow he became "ass")
he was alr in split 2 this year tho I'd say. Thought it'd be much worse. I don't think his problem is his mechanics, he just has an horribly low self esteem and this is the type of shit I wouldn't want to fix if I was looking for an IGL
i just dont trust him to be a player at the level KC wants to be at. i expect him to return to NA t2

ngl but new kc is shaping out to be pretty mid no? only real superstar potential i see is in dos9, but even him weve seen cant 1v9 carry to team wins
suygetsu and avez have both been fantastic last year. dos9 likewise in asia. they just need to figure out a good IGL who doesnt massively misread the meta like saadhak and calls well.
Individual skill is not at all KCs problem
It's the most "mid" teams that do by far the best there's hundreds of players that are tier1 ready and kc seems to have done their research so it should be a fine team at the very least
Youre right, i can def see kc becoming a TH or GX like project where the names might not be the biggest but can def hit up there
