2 Ascension teams from EMEA and APAC move up to VCT?

Why? 2 slots available is mich fairer for T2 and the T1 teams still get the chance to defend themselves
AMER - G2 stays
CN - XLG stays
APAC - both teams playing ascension
EMEA - m8 stays but two more ascension teams because KOI
both the emea and apac ascension teams got relegated; as i think they need a minimum of regional playoff qualification or top 8 to play ascension or qualify to champs to stay in the league
top 8 apac means they have to go to ascension to regain their spot
if they made champs then whoever had the higher placement would've stayed in VCT
and if they didn't get top8 apac they would just full get relegated back to VCL

It was one last year because there was one spot still open. Now that both teams were relegated in EMEA, and both Pacific teams are in ascension, there are 2 spots open
