People are undervaluing the fact that disgusting weapons are going to be op (op, judge, Odin) with these changes. Might be the worst pro meta OAT
??? Anyone with 3 brain cells can put this together. 30-50% nerf to all recon, flash, and smoke utility means lower ability to clear angles for operators and judges
no it doesnt mean that.. fade dog/skye dog/sova drone totally unchanged. kayo flash buffed. viper stronger than before. your mad that you cant brainlessly spam refreshable util all throughout the round, sova dart can still be used to clear the awper and youll still have it for post, you just wont have it an unnecessary third time that isnt needed anyways
Take another look at the patch notes. Fade dog (nearsight), nearly every flash in the game other than Kayo (convenient you listed the 1 flash that got buffed this patch and ignored the others) got nerfed. Again sova/fade scan got increased by 50%.
Also I’m on your side that these changes are positive for the game, I just wish we got nerfs to these weapons on top of it.
nearsight nerf doesnt take away any info from the dog lol what, does it matter if an oper can see 4 or 6m away? he cant see you regardless. ur reaching hard af. play the patch atleast is all i ask, and then complain. its easy to view a single change as double cd and forget not everything exists in a vacuum
In what world would you use a fade dog to clear an oper lmao. I’m talking about the judge players, the nearsighted range will be the same range as the judge kill range now.
Also any pains ranked has with these weapons will be magnified by pro play (which is what I was referring to in the original comment)
Genuinely you have to be low elo for this low understanding of utility.
you just say things with no backing and i literally showed you all the angle clearing util you still have but youre still hellbent on complaining so enjoy it bro go play overwatch cuz this game is dead
Read above where I said the changes are good for the game long-term, it’s just that the pro play meta (GC especially) will be disgusting
