nrg revamped the half of the roster so it makes sense it took em a while to get it going
Roster changes can be the final puzzle piece that either makes or breaks your team. EDG experienced both outcomes but if NRG sticks together, they’ll probably okay.
Everytime I go back to thinking about Reduxx’s tweet, “who thought at the start of the year that skuba would win champs”.
NRG doesn’t have a fraudulent coach unlike EDG so they will be fine even if they don’t make another finals of anything
They were supposed to be contending with G2 for the best americas team when they had verno and FNS instead of brawk and skuba, we can all agree that brawk and skuba are better than verno and FNS
skuba hard clears poolchan so it balances out. even then the difference between brawk and verno is minimal

They wonderfully exceeded their low expectations. Noone thought they would be so impactful prior to champs
verno had lower expectations than both of them given his rough performances in stage 2
But unlike EDG NRG had more of a superteam that was expected to win it all
