I’ve been having trouble sleeping and when I take melatonin I can sleep but when I don’t it’s even harder to fall asleep.

It kinda feels like what people say about coffee where at first it’s good but then you just need it to bring you back to the normal level yk

So like do I take it or not

You should keep it in regulation. Try to sleep earlier than you used to. Reduce bluelight before sleep.

Idk magnesium glycinate was the game changer for me, I’m also pretty sure it’s not harmful to take it in long courses
