riot should reward TALENTED players like kaajak
not players like brawk who can just abuse a niche meta weapon and will come and go.
players like kaajak, aspas, zeek, alfajer deserve special treatment for these awards because you know they wont wash away with a simple meta change

how are we even debating this. His rating was way lower than brawks. Brawk had 6 less kills. Brawk had the highest rating on the winning team. not even close. I could see the arguement with Jawgemo or trent in bangkok or alfa in toronto because they actually had a higher rating than everyone on the winning team

L take, zeek was 500x worse. Also Champs 25 MVP is clearly aspas (in terms of value for his team), but they only got top 6 so I understand why Brawk got the MVP medal
