Coaches appreciation post

VCT coaches have a really unforgiving job, people don't know what actually happens behind the scenes but coaches always become the main target to blame when a team performs bad

Only a few coaches like mini get the praise for their work

Otherwise if a team wins, most of the praise goes to the players
And if a team fails to perform, the coach ends up receiving all the hate

For example
100T's failure was blamed on Zikz
EDG's failure was blamed on Muggle
DRX's failure till now was blamed on Termi
And countless other examples

put zikz in a meat grinder

how has drx's failure ever been on termi, whenever they fail they replace players lol

your other examples actually got blamed

So true, here's a tribute for important coaches :)

Chet – for always keeping the good vibes with NRG and the 2024 roster 😎🎉
Itopata – for always respecting LEV despite getting kicked 🙏🐐
stk – for giving LOUD their glory days 🏆🔥
Aleks – for always taking care of his desk 🪑🧽
termi – for giving DRX all their international titles 👑🌏

VCT community will always respect these legends for their commitment

Honestly... The only coaches that have gotten recognition since I've started watching VCT at the end of 2022 were mini et Potter.
Apart from that, the other coaches seem irrelevant because there's never any mention of them apart from shtting on them.
