Why would they leave ? They have a good basis for a great team there, they ust need more time together the same way Fnc do

Then if he leave, he can only blame himself if next he has a bad team, not making a lot of change is important in the long run, we have PRX, FNC and DRX top 4 that are the symbol of that.
Give MIBR 2 more year, 1 or 2 change at most, and this team will be a huge contenders and a legacy the same way FNC and PRX are.

If next year he leave MIBR for a team that dont win a trophy, i'm gonna call him a player that create structural instability in a team, that team should avoid at all coast because he don't allow to create a long term project
