If DRX loses this game, I will never ever ever fall for the bait of believing in this God awful team that always fails to deliver even with Termi spoon feeding them wins. The only thing that could make me not hate DRX is if nAts joins them - please don't I would actually lose will to continue on

yeah this is insane. but it is time to acknowledge that while termi cooks up some of the most groundbreaking strats and plays ever seen in VCT, he seems to be the only common factor between every time that DRX has come 5th 6th.

I said this before and got hate but Mako

Edit: for the record I don't think Mako's the problem but are you really gonna just push it all onto Termi when Mako is there too

mako has said that his teammates have stronger mental than him so you might have a point. BUT, mako was not the igl when DRX choked all those times before. He actually outperformed his whole team then. now he igls so he cant frag as hard but he has insane shooters on his team so he doesnt need to bear the burden of that anymore. Termi is the only person on DRX whose role has remained the same in every single one of DRX's highs and lows.

I would agree with you if DRX were just some horrible team with a low ceiling and weren't very tatical but the fact is DRX are a very good team, that just end tossing leads that shouldn't be lost. I know some coaches play an important part in the teams mental and resetting them, but ultimately I feel when it comes to closing out a lead that is the players' job, the job of the coach is set the team of for success and give them the opportunity to win these games. And Termi has always done an excellent job with that.
