Aspas isn't, especially after his horrendous performance at Toronto. Also he hasn't sniffed an international final since March 2023.
Waiting for Aspas to have even a bit of success so that people can hail him as the GOAT is just as wrong as not using his stale resume to remove him from the GOAT debate.
