They are not under the same budget, they just have a budget limit that lower teams cant even reach
yeah ,that means the same budget
only difference is whether the team is willing to use up the money
I stopped watching the sport because the difference in vehicles are just to massive, at one point there was just no competition between the big 4 (mercedes, ferrari, mclaren and red bull)
there is always competition.
this year, i watch races with removing mclaren from the field

There is no past achievement for C9 (on valorant specifically, cuz you will say Boston Major)

more accurately I would say:
g2 = mclaren (very solid recently, no major wins yet)
sen = ferrari (popularity + red + poor support/teamplay)
aspas' teams = (some wins, has current best player)
eg = mercedes (wins historically, currently mid)
