yes shes partially why I want to look better but i overthink things and keep telling myself "she prob wont like me anyways" and i get in my own head too much
U shouldnt go to the gym to impress a girl, girls wont become heels over head for u just because u pack some muscles
But its a good way of starting self improvement and its healthy
ik girls dont flock to muscles but im still young to the point where I can blind my emotions with the falsity of chasing love
plus i just want to look healthier for myself
180lbs 5'10.5" - skinny fat; im like slightly overweight but have decent muscle definition everywhere except for the midsection which is a bit pudgy
trying to get to 165-170lbs range and am down from 200lbs already
already huge improvement
just remember that your crush probably wants an average dude and not some skinny fat guy, i might sound like im contradicting myself to the last point, being in shape alone wont help u but not being in shape is a no no
good but keep in mind she dont want a bodybuilder. aim for a good looking lean body. also gym aint the entire solution to get girls so you should probably move that motivation to more of self improvement
gym is overrated icl idk how some ppl go there everyday but then again maybe its just not for me other exercise just clears
i just do pushups and pullups at home and im ripped and lean ahh shit

yeah, i literally dont have the time or patience to go drive to the gym and back, thats literally so many hours wasted over a year staring at the road and doing jackshit
calisthenics/home workouts actually mog so hard and save a fuck ton of time
Brother one important thing u create a proper routine for the gym and carry it out for 21 consecutive days at a specific time including rest days and hopefully that'll mean that you will autopilot the gym in your life. Also I lost 30 kilos in a year after locking in, at the gym and so can you!
the hardest part is getting there, find the motivation to at least go and do what you can even if its very little. anything is better than nothing. also some but not all rest days should be active rest days like some form of cardio instead of nothing just to keep routine.
hatred, desire, spite. When i sense myself slipping i slap myself in the face. if thats not enough punch myself in the gut. Tell myself i am mentally weak. Surendering to my senses. Therefore making myself angry and driven.
Spite. loathing. That is the answer.
remember theres a guy out there who can beat your bicep curl withouth even working out

No such thing as motivation working out and getting there makes you want to do it more
