We've had:

ame to emea: flyuh, koalanoob
emea to na: Robbiebk, ardiis
ame to apac: ayrin
apac to emea: governor
emea to apac: jemkin, something
apac to ame: ???

Only example I thought of

I think either one of him and ban could've counted as an import when they were on Talon

and apeks was able to field another import thanks to a gc rule

Saya still counts but he played for T1 when they were still in NA

Xeta played for C9 Korea then moved to NA when they turned it into C9 blue

He held SK citizenship which means he was an import, im more confused if he counts cause he left pretty early on.

i wouldn't count jemkin something kr1stal rarga etc as imports because they've been playing in japan/asia tier 2 and far east russia is geographically asian (riot stupid rules doesn't say that on paper for obvious reasons)
no true emea import have played in apac yet
