if you dont want that go on 3d aim trainer if you don’t have aimlabs and do some of the scenarios there before you start playing, once you feel in the rhythm or whatever go play
idk why but i dropped like 30 in the first and third game after i started doing this maybe it’s the music

i seen a method where you dont actually shoot but instead just track the enemy and maintain headshot level while strafing .
keep your aim constantly or try to on the enemy in dms but dont shoot
i tried this a year or two back and it helped me a lot
tbh just play a lil bit of aim trainers and just focus on playing the game
