If the china HUD is the template they went with then its most likely a 1v1 UI issue and not a permanent thing (they had money on the normal one, but just removed it for 1v1)

edit: nvm I couldnt see the 3rd image since I dont have a twitter account
yea it sucks to remove the money

Idk it feels like change for the sake of change

Its a lot more visually appealing; working with colours and shapes. However im not sure the added distractions are beneficial for an overlay.
Im pretty sure with the redesign next year we'll go back to a flatter design ngl.
