Ive been up for soo long, thinking about pulling a no sleeper tbh, its already 3am

in ranked it literally depends on how the kit is being used
but in pro play it just doesn't work
Watch rrq in sunset compare to sen their breach util is so much better than sen's but still breach util not as good now
Breach has always been the most difficult agent to coordinate with. I think that returning him to a util-dump agent wouldn't resolve anything. It wouldn't be fair if his stun somehow scanned. Even if he had the callout he stunned someone would feel a little meh. I believe that his signature is where the buffs need to be focused in on. This might be broken but his stun should make the enemies jump or bounce for the stun period so that the first shot accuracy when stunned is limited even more. There will still be a chance for a stray shot, but it would at least make the stun more intimidating and work on the "cosmetic stun" issue.
