nope due to Americas tiebreaker neither NRG or C9 makes it to Champs. The spot is given to FURIA so that we can get to see Urangoat shine

They do if they played in other regions except NA, NA has a different tie breaker, they look into H2H between the 2 teams tied and give the spot to the team with the most wins

In other regions, it is based on whoever made it farther in stage 2. In Americas, it is the h2h record between teams to break ties
