Why heretics are very inconsistent this year?

Bc last year they weren't this momentum based for example they shit the bed in kickoff,they were good in s1 and again they shit the bed at toronto they were insane at ewc apart from first 2 games and so on but last year this wasnt this issue

Mental stride the only thing pisses me off about them also terrorism comps for some reason just play what is f0cking working for you

to me it feels like if riens is playing well we win, if he isn't we lose

even though when he plays well he still isn't hard carrying but it really does feel like if he isn't then we lose. but also I feel like they're overthinking scenarios which makes them lose a lot of aim duels, like in man advantages they'd be in isolated positions where they're forced to take a duel but instead you can see them trying to back off so they don't "throw" which just makes them lose the 1vss1.

to much meta changes this year it is hard to stay cosistent just look how drx edg fall of during stage 1 /2

They aren't exactly inconsistent, for kickoff when u come from such q great previous year where u almost won the trophy u start to get overconfident and that's what happened. For stage1 they played great even beating fnc but couldn't beat them in uppers and then collapsed in finals. This was a blow cause it solidified for them that was something was going wrong for them in grand finals and previously u could have just written off the grand fianls loses from last year's as circumstances and rookie year problems. This blew their confidence and couldn't perform in toronto especially after how prx decimated them. Their stage 2 was good again but their playoffs performance was off and sliggy pointed it out that all players in heretics have a falloff performance wise always in playoffs, their best player woot that literally carries them games falls off like 30-35% stats wise and others fall off as well in like 10-15% stats wise so it's not good
