Val Esport so weird, each region have different rule, even VCT formats are different
Just for the open qualis, new agents are only allowed in competitive games after 2 weeks, so she can't be used in regions that will have their qualis in these 2 first weeks. The regions that will have later can use them. In VCT Challengers BR she will be available, since it starts mid-february.
