I understand he doesn't have a great agent pool but like why not try to cater towards your "star" more often, am I tripping or do they not try to set him up at all? especially compared to the special treatment that zekken, jaw, mada, even oxy gets

and yeah the other two oxy and zekken are pure duelists, I don't see eg setting up yay, most coaches do is allow them to play their comfort agents and cryo has been doing that since he got in the team
cryo can only play jett, and if u still havent noticed jett isnt the best duelist at the moment. how can form a strategy on a person who can really only play jett and chamber on the highest level
His yoru isn’t great, but you can do a lot of cool set stuff with yoru to default. IMO they aren’t getting the most out of the yoru pick, granted I don’t watch many 100T games ngl
youre first statement answers the op’s question. he cant play anything other than jett and chamber properly
cryo plays like absolutely nothing that's meta, so they put him on yoru and his yoru is acceptable. their whole gameplan is asuna go die cryo bait him for the trade. i'd say thats setting cryo up. sometimes though, asuna kills them all instead of just dying, then it looks like cryo isnt being set up. but most of the times, asuna's job is to die and cryo trades him, then you see how they set everything up for cryo to succeed.
??????? Cryo literally gets the most special treatment out of all these players, its just the core is worse than those previously mentioned teams (except maybe C9). Literally 100T pick their comps around that fraud's abysmal agent pool and you say he doesn't get special treatment???
Are you dumb? I’m pretty sure Cryo isn’t in the lobby saying “hey I wanna play sage today” when playing split. He plays the agent because they WANT HIM TO. It’s quite literally the opposite he’ll play whatever zikz tells him to. Mind you he’s perfectly fine on any senti, any controller, any duelist that’s not a hard entry and majority of initiators they just choose not to play him there.

Yes because surely there’s no one on the team who’s played the most games on viper while Cryo has shown he can play Astra several times in 2024. Surely…
everyone and i mean everyone is adjusting for cryosells and his agent puddle. He doesnt know what role he wants to play, he cant play full duelist, cant play full smokes, what can he do except play subsets of a role while making everyone else adjust for him?
