I thought top 3, 4 playoff got 3, 4 points. If so, when nrg and c9 get into top 4, they will definitely have more points than mibr. why does it matter if lev wins or not this match?

no because mibr is on 9 and all the teams except kru will be on 9 if they get 4th and mibr has a better record against them
The rulebreakers for tied champ points is based on H2H records throughout the entire year
So because MIBR beat EG, NRG, 100T, C9 while they didnt beat them once, theyll have the tiebreaker over them
and if lev wins, MIBR secure that
If 100T ends up 3rd by some miracle won't they have 10 points seeing as they are sat at 6 points rn so H2H wouldn't matter in this case
If they end 3rd, SEN and G2 both making top 2 are guaranteed so champ points slots goes down.
Assuming LEV still wins, then points will go to 100T (10 points), and MIBR (9 points) in this scenario

What if 100T top 4 same points as mibr, they both win 2-0 each other but i think 100t has more rounds win
No mibr wins h2h tiebreaker with every team that ties 9 points with them
1x2 - 100t win Kickoff
2x0 - MIBR win S1 UBR1
2X0 - MIBR win S2 Groupstage
MIBR has 2-1 record through the year (EWC doesn't count)
100T only beat MIBR once, in kickoff. According to tiebreaker rules, EWC doesnt count.
MIBR beat 100T in stage 1 playoffs, and stage 2 regular season.
H2H is a team's record against another person.
MIBR are 2-1 so they win in points. This goes with all other teams too
