frost already said he wont share the "evidence" publicly since it would only destroy players future. he wants riot to be the one to do something about it and make some rules that would prevent it in the future

Frost has already given up on the system so until the system decides to take action itself . frost is gonna work on his team and make them better which to be working slowly for them and we are watching the results of his and Jovi hardwork
