If LEV lose 0-2 and LOUD win 2-0, would that eliminate KRU?
But if LEV lose and LOUD win, there will be a 3 way tie at 2-3, KRU would have the worst map diff
oh fuck then the official stream just lied last week
i'm down for that ngl i think lev have been looking way better than kru
if only alpha group had 2 spots and every omega team could make playoffs
it's not though, where are you getting this information? official stream just confirmed KRU are not locked, in case you care about authority more than logic
Tbf the official twitter accounts tweeted that KRU had made it and liquipedia, riot just made a mistake
https://www.youtube.com/live/lVOCGsmcgFE?si=1JY9cxHHwfqHl-pu&t=20616
and their twitter
and liquipedia
if i'm wrong i'm wrong, i literally said i don't know the reason, no need to try to psychoanalyse me lol
nah ur good sorry if i was aggressive, I didn't realize they messed up that badly last week
i hope all of this happens just so we can see. unfortunately this requires putting faith into loud
They are locked, only h2h match score, map diff and round diff count for the 3 first tiebreaker rules. In the scenario that they all tie 2-3, they also tie 1-1 in h2h match score and maps bc all the matches between them were 2-1. So it goes down to round diff which KRU wins. So in this case KRU gets 3rd for winning the tiebreaker and LOUD gets 4th bc they beat LEV.
KRU +6
LEV +3
LOUD -9
can you explain what happens if 100T 2-1 LEV and LOUD 2-0 MIBR then? wouldn't we have LEV > LOUD > KRU at 0 > -1 > -3 map differential
KRU can't be left out.
in the event of a three-way tie with LEV and LOUD, KRU would finish 3rd.
and in the event of a three-way tie with LEV and MIBR, KRU would finish 4th.
the official tiebreaker criteria.
general maps don't count in three-way tiebreakers.
why is KRU 3rd against LEV and LOUD, when LEV beat KRU, KRU beat LOUD, and LOUD beat LEV?
He is right, the tiebreaker is head to head map differential not overall map differential
oh i do see that on liquipedia, in that case i agree. do you have an official source by any chance, i want to investigate more
H2H > Map diff if i'm not wrong, both MIBR and LOUD lost their H2H to KRU so they would make play offs i think.
if LOUD>MIBR and 100T>LEV, then {LOUD, KRU, LEV} are all 2-3. In h2h, LOUD > LEV > KRU > LOUD. so then based on map diff, KRU can be eliminated, right
official stream just displayed LEV as secured and KRU as not secured, which I agree with because LEV always tiebreaks above KRU (in the 3-way tie I showed earlier). Liquipedia is wrong
