NA has a massive problem of holding onto players for far too long and allowing relationships to dictate who gets picked up. Only reason Icy is on EG is because he was part of the 10 man roster. Didn't even bother to try and get one of the guys from T2 who actually shows promise. Derrek should be the only one who survives the rebuild this offseason, LET HIM PLAY INITIATOR. Stop letting nature run Fade/Sova on some maps and forcing Derrek on Omen. I know he fragged on Chamber but really? We can't let him play Fade? He is forced on Chamber/Tejo perma on Lotus...
