Ascension team question

What if XLG and DRG both make champs but since they’re in diff groups they both finish 9th-12th

Who gets relegated to ascension

Bo1 for the spot in vct would be funny as fuck

the lower place in champs will be relegated

somewhere in the vct rulebook it said that if both teams get the same placement in champions then it goes down to whoever had more points at the end of the season

champ points as tiebreaker, then if thats tied then itll go to stage 2 placements, etc

It seems like riot hasn't really released any info regarding this, but they probably do have some plan for if it happens. But I would think it goes off map diff, then round diff, and after that it would probably be between something like if the two teams played h2h at champs, stage 2 results, or champs points. And if none of those are applicable I have no idea what Riot would do.
