Why do the ascension teams which show at least SOME promise of doing better in the future get no future in T1 if they have a bad year, and FURIA gets to be bad every year, with multiple rosters, and keep their spot 😭

Is furia good at any other esports? I dont follow anything else but is furia not just gonna bleed out of money from constant roster cycling and no winnings?
Not saying 2G is any more stable as an org but maybe it wouldn't be that much less stable then furia in 5 years
The problem isn’t solely furia…
Players join furia and forget the basics… they try to make hero plays and use ults when they shouldn’t… at this point the coaching staff shouldn’t even bother with anything for their upcoming games just start rebuilding early like TH did a few years ago
That's the thing though, every time they rebuild they do no better than they did the last year. I know Brazil isn't exactly the best region in the world, but there has to be good coaches and players that play better than this.

It’s a curse cuz Saadhak or any of the previous loud players would’ve slapped the shit out of those players for the decisions they make…
Like the coach has to teach them that u want to double peek as much as possible or peek off ur teammates util or not to use ults in Ecos or when playing an agent eg deadlock u play off ur trips or u don’t insta wall a main when the attackers are still there and can insta break the wall every time
