they said keep 30 gigs free ,and after the update the folder size within ur pc will be smaller

riot is performance first and have stated itll probably even run better
expecting a lot of clutters from all the abilities and ult make the game very laggy. thats the weakness of UE5 since the details of the graphics will be heavy

If the graphics loaded in are the exact same, what extra detail is there? Valorant won’t suddenly get new textures or crazy reflections etc
UE5 is easy and convinient to use so a lot of people who use it do it without opitimizing their game

Cool they are using source 2.0. Still using all of base csgo ideas and just added on top it. Its just a major update nothing more nothing less
more modern engine allows for more modern development techniques, will overall increase visual quality of the game and the performance
although i do expect the game to have engine related bugs for a couple months now no game has managed to properly switch engines yet
I just hope this doesn't affect me. my pc isn't that good and sometimes the game lags out of nowhere. I quit CS bc my pc couldn't run CS2 properly even at the lowest settings lol
from what ive seen it's actually increased fps by like 30-60 on even low end devices, and the game now takes like half the space. Kinda crazy work ngl.
update: tried to play the game and it was WAYY better, the gameplay felt smoother and the game almost didn't lag. nice update tbh
from what i saw from another comments on this post, the devs will have more development tools and the game will be more optimized
