Anime trope in VCT

Saw a tweet saying "This [anime] trope where a team kicks out the "Useless" member of their party and realizes he was actually the one carrying them the whole time NEEDS to be STOPPED"

and at first I thought it was a VCT tweet because of how true it is for so many teams-everyone in the community calling for a player to be cut and now that theyre gone they can see how much that team needed them
