you can prove me wrong, but I genuinely think that T1 will do a lot better with DH than sylvan. they should be able to make champs

bro when will teams learn firepower =/ winning, look at vitality and now look at T1
free sylvan
Very true. What Sylvan offered for T1 on their Bangkok run to a trophy was his amazing positioning and knowledge of the smokes agents. Sure, any pro could learn smokes to a degree where they can play it sensibly for most rounds, but Sylvan had pretty exceptional timing and reads using his utility as a smokes player. It was also evident that Sylvan over carpe was the correct call since carpe still had bad tendencies to over-aggress as the smokes player leaving his team to either push or retake without smokes. Carpe is probably the better shooter, but you need someone with very good agent knowledge to make all these set plays viable.
Question is whether DH can adapt to his role quick enough and have similar impact with his agent utility as Sylvan. The EWC qualifiers, albeit very limited, didn't provide much promise as DH wasn't fragging out like he did for the academy and his agent impact was on the lower end. We will have to see if T1 has cooked in this off-period before Stage 2. It would be a shame if they missed out on Champs despite having accumulated so many points from Bangkok.
dh doesnt play the role, id be very surprised if he comes close to what sylvan did, on omen in particular
Sylvan was imo the best player on that team in stage 1. I have no clue why they would drop him, especially considering they won a masters with him on the roster. I don't think T1 is making champions.
DH now holds that so like ratings dont really matter much in their decision making sooo
its more of the impact which sylvan had bro ratings dont show that youll need to watch the games for that , Arguably sylvan made the masters run possible and on top of that split 1 was more of an internal issue of not being able to adapt to the meta and coaching staff not being able to handle shit , I personally say Izus the best player in T1 but sylvan has impact .
I watched every t1 game. Besides sykvan didnt have much impact on t1 during stage 1. His masters performance was insane but u just cant say he was the best during stage 1
I personally think his utility usage and decision making was good , and T1s strats were bad along with autumn not knowing what the fuck to tell the team to do during timeouts and their adaptability towards other teams was bad. Overall everyone in the team wernt fragging well at all shows from like all the stats underperformances in every game and stuff so , like the only consistent player was like IZU but again i think sylvans utility usage and shit was good to help the team i just dont think t1 was prepared for meta and shouldve just kept roster cus we see how bad DH is through the games he played both fragging wise and decision making
