I'm looking for content creators to watch for new players. That aren't dumb techs or "TRY THIS TECH USED IN RADIANT!!!!!". Some of my friends are trying to get into the game, but don't know who to watch to improve.

I'd recommend joining a valorant discord server and getting personal coaching from an immortal+, lots will do it for free and would be happy to help out
