i knew they were gonna win the moment they had fnatic in the grand finals
if it was g2 i wouldnt even be sure
im just not confident in their ability to beat g2 in a BO5
prx won the game in the map selection already
deserved for prx win tho, i would rather anyone win but g2 and SEN
PRX would ban Haven Ascent and still get 2-0 from Sunset and Split. They would just have to win 1 of Icebox/Lotus/Pearl

Lost their first finals from upper bracket to an EMEA team with slow playstyle and the last round threw a 4 v 2
Lost their second finals 3-1 with lotus being the last map
Now won the finals against an EMEA team with slow playstyle and won the last round on a 2 v 4, won 3-1 with lotus being the last map
Played 17 maps in totall and dropped only 4. In the 4 maps they lost it went at least to 24 rounds except the icebox vs gen g.
EDG run at champs was pretty impressive too considering how bad they were until then
i wouldn’t say so, it was just because they constantly couldn’t get past 5-6th every tournament, so people just expected the same result from them. i’d say it would be crazier if drx had won champs
