Can I know if a player was banned in val?

for a little bit of more context, I think my friend was cheating in ranked, he was making very sus plays, and today he just said he uninstalled the game cuz he was mad at it, but man, who tf would believe that?
And now, im in a complicated spot ngl, I dont want to ask him if he cheated right, so I wanted to know if there was a method to know if he was cheating, just like in cs2, it shows the Vac ban on profile...

yhea cuz, he has 2 banned accounts on cs2 (he is also Hardware banned on faceit), and I think 2 or 3 banned accounts on valorant, and this account is lvl 27, so I think he uses a spoofer

or go to the anticheat discord server to report hackers mods will tell u if actions against cheaters were taken against
