Mickey Mouse tournaments

Don't yall think having off season small tournaments with open bracket will help the scene tremendously? Yes Rito gives us 3 events every year but it ends real early and on off season you got nothing to do but start roster shuffles. But Mickey mouse tournaments would let tier2 teams at least have some good prac against tier1 teams. At the same time we'd get more stuff to watch and teams wouldn't sign n drop players as frequently unless its really necessary.

Also yall can throw some Cons of having third party organized tournaments.

I mean its not like riot doesn't allow people to throw third party tournaments its more that there's hardly anyone willing to throw one or pay for one.

Like there were some offseason events like SEN city classic, Soop, Tixinha Invitational, RGO, Red Bull Home Ground, and a few more. But generally I feel like there's not really a lot of interest from most teams and orgs which is why there are hardly any non-riot tournaments.
