I played a lot between Season 1-4 and never had RR refund notices for playing against cheaters. I took a long break, this act alone I had 3. Are there more cheaters, or are they only now getting caught better?

I see, I've lifed a blissful ignorant life thinking there are no cheaters in my games and lost fairly all along
Last week i played with 2 cheaters. I spammed the report feature and one of them who has a wall hack was banned the next day, but the other one with aimhack is still breathing. Bro has 69% headshot rate(not joke), i dont understand why riot didn't ban him.
