I don't think that it's about comeptition, but talent for a low price. The salaries are low, the rent is cheap food is cheap, eletric energy is cheap, they could actually build a team capable of competing to win champions while paying them 1/4 of what they would have to pay in EU.

Agreed, Chronicles has an insane aim and a great notion of the whole game, you could put him to play other agents and he won't lose those, but sacy as a sova is way above, but not in game notion as chronicles.
