Because he's a duelist who doesn't statspad overhated ngl

i think it comes down to him being an excellent team player but not having the star player differential, he sure is very good but if you compare him to similar level duelists u see that he dont quite have the skill to carry when his team is in a bad map or bring a round out of nowhere, maybe he is overhated but he isnt a star player

He's pretty inconsistent, and in the reg season he wasnt rly that impactful. But sometimes we see flashes of brilliance like during the playoffs.

he got all his roster spots cuz there were very few options on the market and not cuz teams actually wanted him

G2 dropped net mid season and every other good player was already signed

EG was building a budget roster last minute and were looking at sym for a while until he played bad on lan

it seems like this guy is just in the right place at the right time and not actually the most deserving player of a franchise roster spot

because he is a fraud
