make em race indy road instead. or charolete roval. just switch the series races so either indy or nascar at monaco and then indy or f1 at charolete and nascar or f1 at indy.
change up the turn 10 chicane
change the final corner
change the first corner kerb
change turn 8
this wouldn't turn monaco into the best but this would be very good

miami is horrible, las vegas is very bad, and cota is great. If Usa will have more than one gp there are a lot of great tracks, no need for a shit street circuit
