Hi guys. I was wondering if I should take organic chemistry in my first semester of college this fall, or just take Gen Chem 2 and orgo in the second semester. I'm 99% i got a 5 on my chem exam so i can skip gen chem 1 and 2.

If ur goal is to go to med school, just take Gen chem 1 and 2. Since u got a 99 and 5, you should get A's both sems and statpad ur BCPM GPA. No reason to skip GC 1/2 unless ur tryna grad in 3 years.
thank you sm. i recently spoke to my chem teacher as well. he said skip gen chem 1 and 2 if yk i wasnt med/dental, but since im med/dental i need to boost my gpa. i think at most im going to skip gen chem 1.
