Agents that need a buff

Ill just start and say skye tejo(even though he just got nerfed) harbor and phoenix thats the ones i can think of instantly

Sova bro he needs 4 pings for recon dart aswell as more shock dart damage and owl drone to recharge after 30 seconds plus, 2 less orbs for ult

Killjoy swarm
Raze boombot (overnerfed)
I feel like Brimstone could use a buff or rework his stim beacon cause its kinda useless and too expensive for what it is.
Waylay kinda sucks, i feel like she flopped so hard so she needs a rework more than a buff.
Harbor obviously
