CrossFire 2 in development?

CrossFire is a 2007 old CS1.6 clone made by a Korean company Smilegate, the game remains one of the most played games in China to this day with a Franchised League model like VCT but with no Tier 2.

It was a game that CS has never beat them in Internet Cafe numbers and it only took VALORANT couple years to finally beat them.

There are two Korean Companies that is moving actively building a sequel of their top FPS after VALORANT beat them in numbers:

• SmileGate with CrossFire 2

I hope it doesn't end up like CS:GO's switch to CS2

I could still remember how CF were popular in internet cafe back in the days. Until pandemic happens then Valorant came out and ended their popularity.

Riot owned these guys. Good luck trying to change that.
