i m lost

i m 18 and i have to make a decision about choosing my career but i just dont know what to do. i am good in academics but i am INCREDIBLY LAZY so that hindered my ability to get into IIT( MIT's equivalent in india). so anyone having ANY kind of advice/suggestion to tackle my laziness issue would be greatly appreciated

laziness is an illness tbh. as someone who's lazy and somehow managed to finish my degree, i'd recommend being strciter towards yourself. shit's hard but try showering early in the morning and make a schedule on what to do, keep everything organized and leave no room for the laziness

i regret not taking gap year back then, if you are still contemplating i recommend taking gap year to really think about it, during that time you can try things and ask your friends who are already in college about their major then prepare yourself for the major/career you want to do after that

I am in the same spot... I lost my chance to get into an iit...well the only thing now is u can do is focus like fr... Just don't try to be lazy...try being what u wanted to be and just do what's required or else consequences might just be unbearable
