Also assume he is, look at pretty much every other academy team and find a player over 20 (most likely cant because that is the whole point).

The people he is "guiding" have played in T2 (apart from nightz) for years now and already were going to get picked up anyways (like reduxx).

other academy teams legit pick up 16 year old aim gods and mold them into pro players

CUBE is just taking players who are already there and saying they built them up

it's their first year, they only made the team for Reduxx to have a place to play and he did the roster himself
it started when Reduxx played the off season with victor randomly with the Cubert name and Rob saw the potential for a T2 team, but it was very rushed. let's see what they do with it. Also, they have to name it Academy team because they can't ascend

I personally think NiSMO is really good for the development of younger players and has a lot he can teach guys like nightz and reduxx.

I just personally believe you cannot call it an academy team at that point though

It is like a older NHL player going down to a OHL team, like yeah they are developing talent sure...but it is still just a regualar t2 team imo
