the latter is obviously better but then you need someone else to be playing duelist so you have to either run 2 duelist comps where he's the trader
or you sacrifice someone on like initiator or sum bullshit just so he can get his 2 or more kills

yes but in pro matches you can tell he's not confident in doing the plays he does in ranked
because pros are vastly better than ranked players and theres also a lot less coordination in ranked so you can do whatever as long as you 1 tap your enemy

theres a lot more that goes into their playstyle than just "baiting" so he would literally have to sit there and vod review how they play in pro matches
he would then have to communicate that to his team and then THEY have to change their way of playing (assuming he's in a different team in this case that has NO asuna)

He plays astra, brim and omen. He'd either have to learn viper or just play kj/cypher for a map like icebox/breeze where it's solo viper.

Maybe that's the direction they go with the team in the future (dropping Asuna/Zander, getting a good senti + duelist, boosti flex, cryo smokes, eeiu info init).

no bait there are many great duelist players who cannot raze that people still glaze, people make cryo out to be the exception without realizing it can still function in a team and him being exceptional at jett/chamber/iso still makes him a top duelist player

I love cryo so this may be a little biased but he's a really good shooter, so he'll always hang around in tier 1 and do well statistically, but for him to reach the next level he needs to figure out his roles, he can play smokes but it's a bit like demon1 and keiko where he can play some of them on some maps.
I think he'll fry on sentinel, he should do a meteor.
