if youre playing faceit, yes it is much better by miles, esp with a friend but if you play using internal anticheat its absolute hell, i have prime b4 any1 calls that out

its also not only about the problems arising but the fact that some of these issues have been there for a while. these issues have been brought up in the past and the global head of esports hasnt done anything to solve them.
so yes he is responsible especially seeing that a lot of these issues started with franchising. sitting here and saying "well its the people he hired that is the problem" well guess who chooses to hire them?

CS esports are far better imo, more teams, more events, bigger hype, has everything while val esports is so spread out and low hype,

The cs esports scene has always been one of the best amongst all games. But the game itself is mid 🫤 I still think csgo > cs2
As someone who's been watching CS scene since 2017, CS right now is so much worse than what it used to be. faceit is the only playable server. e-sportal nd all others are 64 tick server which are disgustingly bad. also faceit has been getting infested with cheaters since the last 3 months. there's no security in the game anymore except if you're gambling or skin trading.
Esports has been pretty bad too cause there's just vitality and their fans winning while the rest of the orgs are in a slump. nikonesy to falcons, elige to faze. broky benched, rain washed, donk not showing his top form.

at least 50% of cs2 players on steam are either chinese bots or cheaters i dont think thats a sign of a healthy thriving game
so many people have been ranting that Riot prioritizes money instead of just simple features players want to have in the game, while some part of that is true, I still think complaints about the state of the game are pretty justified. So it's more or less at least the same level of unplayable or more unplayable than CS2
with faceit its much better than valorant, you get real life teammates who comm and have teamplay. obviously cs has a very bad racism and sexism problem regardless but i find that valorant has the worst trolling problem and worst teammates out of any game
thats 100% on riot, theres hardly any incentive to do well on ranked because 1. everyone gets shitty rewards in the end regardless if you try your best or not 2. almost nonexistent punishment for trolling/griefing/flaming, also toxic community breeds even more toxic people etc
like at least in league you get a new skin and chromas, back in the good ol days you could even get a jacket for reaching challenger. all you get in valorant is a fucking gun buddy lol
like all these problems valorant currently has are all so fixable, if they cant think of solutions then might as well copy what faceit is doing

as an esports - 1000% CS is better than Val, and Riot have no chance now to change it with their politics

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you're on top of the meta, you deserve to make playoffs every time you play an S tier event. Valorant is just so rng in that regard that it almost feels non-rewarding as a competition. I don't really mind having a pool of the same 6-8 teams making playoffs in a year. Roster changes and downfalls/uprisings will probably replace 3-4 of them by the next year anyway. In Val you can take Masters and fall into irrelevancy within the next 3 months.
As an esport 10000% and I don't think this will ever change. As a game, it highly depends. If you go by faceit I could give you that, but faceit is a third party so can you really consider it? If you go by official servers one on one Val is way ahead. Valve is taking the piss.
CS is much better in term of sports integrity. Valorant rn look like clown show control by Riot.
