CIS region exists?

cis region was rly strong when it existed
gambit fpx and forze all were trophy contenders
plus a lot of other promising talent on smaller teams
Gambit and FPX already winning something, so its fair to say that they're deserve having their own region or a Franchised slot in EMEA
Bro I get why riot might not have a russian org as their franchised team but y scrap the CIS region as a whole atleast make a CIS region for tier 2 like ISTG riot games have such gr8 esports games but the way they manage it is so fucking retarded .
brudda i dont know personally, I have no connections..... But, one of the popular streamers in our region said that every year they just HAVE to do it, and when the question is asked a second time the answer is "We'll think about it" and you just sigh. Apparently there is little profit from us ;)

Maybe so, but there are also a lot of people who like to compete in Valo..... in a team and get ahead, I know such guys..... The main thing is to give them the opportunity, but at the moment it is very limited and Riot has to adjust a lot of things.
Also it is problematic for them to place servers near the region, for example, in KZ, they will not do it, it is too painful and risky
i think CIS is js not profitable enough for valo cause CS and welp other things have also contribited..........
