Well I am indeed not talking about the tier 1 kr teams but again the apac league is in Korea and it has been kinda implied by multiple people that there is scrim sharing going on in apac and t2 teams are the prime suspect. No one knows which t1 team is involved tho. Also it's not against the rules, it's just unethical.
