no difference, except you play the opposite seed in a diff region i think

#2 seeds get matched up vs #3 seeds and that's it iirc

3rd seed faces 2nd seed team (so they play either sen, BLG or one of the emea 2nd seeds)

nothing i guess just #2 vs #3 first match

it can be the difference between having sen for your first match or wolves for your first match
