harder game between CS and valorant?

Why do people even think that CS is a harder game than valorant? Many people say that Val is more about utilities, but the utilities are so laughably easy to use, even my 9 years old niece can use it better than plats. The mechanics in CS are also 10x harder than in valorant too. I peaked top 400 in valorant, but i'm still getting my butt kicked in 22k premier elo. It should be universally agreed atp that CS is the harder game. Why do people even argue otherwise? Valorant can be a game for casuals and still be a better game than CS.

idk but I find CS util to be harder while aiming to be easier lmfao. It's prob a me thing because I aim better in CS, yet I can't throw a flash right. I feel like Valorant rewards one tapping more while CS rewards spray control more, and I'm better at the latter

cs harder mechs val harder strategically/ more variance with util, cs has had very similar util usage for years atp while val has changed hundreds of times since 2020, the fact that the util is easier to use means there has to be more thought put into the nitty gritty util usage
